How to select drills for your service needs

A cordless drill, loosely defined, is nothing but a means to fulfill a Task with the aid of mechanical energy used.

Work Type

Power Supply

• Air tools: This group is probably the largest in terms of the number of tools in use daily by professional technicians. The biggest development that we are seeing in these tools is used materials to build the tools.

Most major manufacturers have to started to integrate some exotic materials in the tool bodies and mechanisms. These materials range from ultra-light metals such as titanium to ballistic strength nylon-impregnated Plastic. These plastics are the same materials that are used to bulletproof vests and body protection should be provided for the military. In both cases, the supreme Goal is weight reduction.

In an interview with a product manager for an air tool manufacturer, I learned the number one complaint of professional engineers about Air tools is how difficult they are.
