Pitbull x Bull Mastiffs?

I’m thinking of adopting a 6mth male Pitbull x Bull Mastiff puppy. i have a 4yr old mini pin(male) and a 2 yr old beagle.(female) and a 1yr old cat. i’m planning to stealise the beagle. i need infomation on the Pitbull x Bull Mastiff. how big will it grow? Does anyone have any idea about the temperament?

Temperament will probably be somewhere between the mom and the dad. There is such a wide range with these breeds because of the bad breeding.

Many pitbull rescue groups will NOT place a male in a home with another male, so you’ll have to think long and hard about this. The PB/Mastiff can kill your cat or your minpin before you’d even be able to react. You’ll have to be extra sure that the dog has NO prey drive.

At 4, 2, and 6 months, all these dogs should be fixed. While this may help with dominance issues within the pack, it will not cure them.

I LOVE pits and mastiffs, but I have a cat and a 12-13lb dog and I just can’t risk their lives. They are just so big and too many people have bred them so poorly, so it’s just too much of a risk for me. I mean, this mix could reach 100lbs easily if it takes after the mastiff and the pit was a poorly bred large dog.
