CUMI’s Wear resistant Liners are weldable & pastable alumina Ceramics tiles, when bonded protect the surface from wear. These find application in power generation & cement Industry.
Coming to Lined equipment CUMI offers fabricated steel lined with ceramics that is rough, consistent and finds applications in cyclone separators used in coal washeries, Cement industry & Pulverized fuel bends.
Engineered Ceramics section of CUMI consists of Textile components, Zirconia components, Customised ceramics, Insulators & Ignitors and .Ceramics seals that find its application in pump shaft sleeves, pump plungers, pump cylinder liners industries.
Ballistic Protection Ceramics tile break up or else bend the bullet, thereby allowing the support material (Spectra, Kevlar or fibreglass) to catch the wreckage. Application is in personal & vehicle armour.
CUMI develops Metallized Ceramics component for vacuum interrupters, electrical & electronic devices, and brazed components. Alumina Metallized Ceramics Component of CUMI has high mechanical strength and exceptional hermetic sealing.
Grinding Media ensures resistance to chipping and cracking. Mill Liners intense rigidity fine microstructure & resistance towards temperature makes it applied in Ball Mill Lining.
