Swivel Clamps?
I have seen lots of 1-way swivel clamps like this:

I need a 2-way clamp instead. I.e. the pipe attached in the clamp will be able to go up and down, and also left and right.
Where can I find such things (preferably UK but USA also ok) and what are they called?
