The less expensive drill has a NiCd battery, which is bigger, heavier, takes longer to charge, and doesn’t last as long. The more expensive drill has a lithium ion battery which is smaller, lighter, takes less time to charge and lasts longer. If you only plan on using it for light projects or just a few minutes at a time, get the cheaper one. But if you are going to be using it a lot, or holding it up overhead, you will appreciate the lighter (more expensive) one.
