Deep,open Cut………………………?

ok,We wear at this rocke beach and i fell on one of them,Leaving a Deep open..cut…
the cut is circle with a skin danglin from it
first,the skin was was danglin on it so i pulled it of,,,,and i saw it was deep…it had some sand on it…so i took it off. care fully and painfully..then i put band aid on it then after a day the side of d open cut was white…wat d heck? is it ok?…and not to forget its hurting me badly…i dnt want to put alchohol in it cuz it will frigin hurt..A LOT..its and ope cut…it will make me curse out loud….
and anyway wat should i do with it…i want d pain to go away

I cut the tip of my finger off and it was horrible. Cleaning it hurt so bad that I had to scream out loud, but cleaning it is necessary.

You’ll need to definitely clean around the wound with antibacterial soap every day (and warm water) Wash your hands before touching it. Then just run warm water over the wound to try to flush it, and clean around the wound with the antibacterial soap (don’t put the soap in the wound, it will hurt like heck). After you have cleaned it, blot it with either a Q-tip or cotton swab drenched in peroxide then let it dry. After the skin around it has dried apply some neosporin (you can get it with pain reliever) over the wound to keep dirt and bacteria from entering. Then cover with a fresh band aid.

I did this routine every day for a week when I cut the tip of my pinky off – by day 6 or 7, I was pretty much good to go.

You’ll get through it – the body is an amazing healer – you just need to do your best to keep it clean!

If you are worried about it being infected – smell it. It will definitely smell bad if it is infected. If it is infected, go to the doctor and have them clean it for you.
