Pokemon d/p Little Cup team rate/fix!?!?

ok ive made a little cup team on pokemon diamond and i just want a rating from 1 to 10 1 lowest 10 highest and if you think there is something i could do to make it better plz tell me

Your team overall is a 7 out of 10. It’s not bad, it’s just some of the move choices you gave your Pokemon. I see no problems with Meowth, Cyndaquil doesn’t need Eruption since you have flamethrower, consider giving it Aerial Ace or Toxic. Gastly is alright, but you could teach it Dream Eater and get rid of Explosion. Dratini has too many dragon type moves. Dragon Dance is good no doubt, but you don’t need the two dragon attacks. Consider getting rid of either Outrage or Dragon Pulse, and also get rid of Fire Blast, it’s powerful, but not reliable. Teach Dratini Ice Beam and Thunderbolt. Or you could teach it Flamethrower and Water Pulse, whichever works for you. Chinchou seems good, though I recommend teaching it Signal Beam and or Charge Beam. Your Bronzor is pretty good as well, but I see Bronzor as a status effect user. I recommend teaching it Confuse Ray, Sandstorm, Toxic and keep either Earthquake or Grass Knot, but thats just my opinion, i’m not an actual expert. Anyways I hope this helps you out somehow
