Cut already laid Laminate Flooring with?

We laid “pergo-like” laminate flooring several years ago. It is fine but in some areas it is buckling due to us not leaving enough space around the edges for it to expand in certain places. How can I cut a like an inch or so more of room around the edge of the flooring when its already laid. Please dont say dremel moto-tool becaue those bits arent powerful enough…I tried. What can I use..becuse the circular saw i have wont get that close to the wall? Help THanks so much!!

I would say a jamb saw would do it. I assume you want a power tool. Here are the first two that come to mind
