standing calf raises 3 sets of 15 ( 75 pounds)

friday

seated dumb bell shoulder press 10 sets of 10 ( 15 pound dumb bell in each hand

bicep curl with a bar bell 3 sets of 15 ( 25 pounds )

tricep extensions 3 sets of 15 ( 30 pounds )

also i work on my abs each of those times and consume around 2500-3000 calories a day,. i gained like 6 pounds in the first 2 weeks but now i stay the same pretty much. so how is my workout and what should i add. im 14 btw and just started. i go with my brother to the gym. he’s 17. when he was 14 he was 65kg and now he’s 17 and 90kg. so i would like to gain mass too. im 131 pounds in shoes in the evening and 5′6
