What would cause to terminate three of four wheels?
I was on the Garden State Parkway drive, and I pulled into a gas station and read my Wheel driver was smoking. Driving up was in order at this time. We could not just sit on the avenue, so we go and the steering has kept getting worse and worse. The car was shaking, hard to control, and we were the key gas and the engine would rev up but it would not go past 20 miles per hour. We took him to a Garage and found that in neutral, only three of the four tires and turned the rest was frozen. All the tires are new and the brakes were just serviced by Goodyear, two days before. It's a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country minivan. Is it the brake master cylinder? The brakes themselves? Any ideas?
You probably have a bad brake caliper or two. The Goodyear brake job is the problem. Take it back to Goodyear.
