It is not a bad grinder. I could never recommend any of the HF stuff, it is cheap for a reason.
Like most tools and like others have stated it depends on what you intend to use it for.
If you have plans to scarify concrete or grind thinset off of concrete slab then a larger 7; would be a better choice. All in all a decent grinder for day to day light grinding and cutting duty.
