(C) of the net load and the large user load conditions;
(D) of the power supply and demand situation;

(6) Power Transmission Equipment Maintenance and repair implementation;

(10) generating units, direct access to power users and network conditions, network interconnection situation;
(11) power regulators require disclosure of other information. Article
business enterprises engaged in power supply to electricity users should disclose the following information:
(A) the power quality standards set by the state;
(B) approved by the state electricity distribution, sale price and fees;
(C) of the electricity business, handling procedures;
(D) power failure, power control and accident repair handling;
(E) complaints handling of electricity; (6) power regulators require disclosure of other information.
Article VIII power dispatch in power trading organizations should be the business enterprise to disclose the following information:
(A) of the grid structure, and to network operating unit performance, and other basic information technology, new or rebuilt power generation equipment, transmission equipment put into operation;
(B) the safe operation of the main power grid constraints, power grids, major changes in operating mode;
(C) of power generation equipment, major power transmission equipment maintenance plans and implementation;
(D) of the annual electricity consumption and long-term demand forecasts and network operation mode, power grids, the monthly load forecast year; the total power generation capacity, maximum and minimum load and load variation; year, quarter, month, plan generation and implementation arrangements ;
(E) inter-regional, inter-provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) on the power exchange situation;
(6) and network access unit power plant, annual contract, the completion of electricity and other power, power generation and use of the number of hours; TOU tariff, the unit peak, valley, flat section of generation capacity;
(7) and net power plant implementation of the scheduling order, scheduling discipline cases, unplanned generator outages, and provide peak shaving, frequency regulation, reactive power, standby and other auxiliary services;
(Eight) and net power plant operation assessment procedures, assessment from power, the use of funds;
(9) electricity market operating rules require disclosure of relevant information;
(10) power regulators require disclosure of other information.
Article electricity regulatory institutions need to work under the supervision of timely adjustment of power enterprises, power dispatching transaction disclosure of the scope and content of information.
Chapter disclosure Electricity regulatory agencies in accordance with Article X power enterprises, power dispatching transaction disclosure of the scope and content of information to determine the appropriate disclosure and duration.
Article enterprise, power dispatching transaction disclosure of information in the following ways:
(1) Power Enterprise portal and its sub-sites;
(2) newspapers, radio, television and other media;
(C) information release; (D) of the briefing, bulletin; (E) to facilitate timely disclosure of information otherwise.
Article XII of the power enterprises, power dispatching transaction disclosure of information should be disclosed to ensure the authenticity of the information, timeliness, and convenience of electric power enterprises and users to obtain relevant.
Article XIII power enterprises, power scheduling transactions agencies should designate specific agencies in charge of information disclosure and personnel, public consultation calls and e-mail consultation, and report to the power regulator for the record.
Chapter IV Supervision and Administration Article XIV power regulator for power enterprises, power dispatching transaction disclosure of information to conduct supervision and inspection.
