Why are cars made in the U.S. that go at speeds of over 100 km / h, where the maximum speed is limited far below?
Would not the number of deaths due to high speed chases and accidents are reduced dramatically? If all cars were required by law made by up to 80 km / h, then the consumer would have no choice, and the death toll would accelerate sharply reduce accidents.
