what does a husky jump starter batery charger model #hsk012hd have positive or negative polarity ?

i lost my 110 charger and want to know if it is positive or negative polarity ?

The question is actually meaningless, when you speak of DC Voltage which is what Batteries provide you will have Both Positive and Negative Poles. One is pretty much useless without the other as they are referenced to each other to make use of the difference in potential or voltage.
All Battery chargers would therefore also have both Positive and Negative leads, and in order to use one you would connect the Positive Lead to the Positive Terminal of the Battery and the Negative lead to the Negative Terminal.
As far as having something (such as a car) with a “Positive” ground that is simply where the Frame and Ground Plane of the Vehicle or system is connected to the Positive Battery terminal instead of the Negative. I personally have never seen a car connected in this way, however this would not really pose a problem as long as all of the electronics in the vehicle was designed to use a Negative 12 volts instead of a Positive 12 volts.
As for any Polarity on the 110v side of any Power supply or Battery charger, 110v being AC is by it nature Both Positive and Negative alternating between the 2 in the US at 60 times per second.
