How long do park plug rethreads hold up?
I got mine rethreaded at an engine rebuilding shop, so far it is running fine, I have put over 1,000 miles on it since the rethread, I would assume that it would have blown out again by now, but how long can I expect it to last? i would assume they know what they are doing and used a good quality rethread kit.
you shouldn’t have a problem for the life of the engine as long as they did it right. Try a compression test, or have a mechanic inspect the faulty cylinder with a stethoscope to listen for air.
Whqat happened? a Plug froze?
