Does crown molding on cabinets increase value of kitchen?
We have 42 inch cabs we installed crown molding and base molding, we also boxed them in and stained the cabs an espresso color. Will that increase the value of my kitchen? by how much? it was basic oak 42 inch cabs before.
We have cherry wood floors, corian countertops and nice stainless steel appliances.
It depends upon how the kitchen looks, the brand of cabinets used, the price range of the house. Someone who knows the value of real estate in your area would need to view the house.
