Can i use my palm treo 680 as a bluetooth acces point for my dell Axim via bluetooth to conect to internet?

i have a dell axim and it is bluetooth (not wifi) i know that you can browse the web via bluetooth but i dont want to by the dongle or adapter and usb thingy! can i plug my palm treo 680 via the usb/cradle and use it as a bluetooth router for my exim!! they already conect flawlessly! im wanting to go through my computer though and not use cingulars edge!!! any ideas?? thanks for yalls help!!!

you can use the Treo 680 as a modem to your computer as long as you dont have windows vista on it. you can either connect with the cable or connect via BT. your 680 must have data plan from at&t so you can use it as an access point to go to the internet. however, with this process, you will also need to install a software from at&t to use the phone as a modem to your computer.
