How do I contact blackberry about canceling the PIN on a used blackberry pearl to get a new personal email?

My boyfriend bought me a used blackberry pearl off eBay. I want to set up the personal blackberry email account, but when I go to punch in the PIN and MSI number online (or on the phone), I get a message saying that the PIN is already registered. So I sign in with the login and password that the seller provided with the phone, to cancel his account, but then I get a message saying that his account is suspended and needs to contact a system administrator.

I agree call AT&T tech support for PDA BlackBerry support.

IF they cant help you then I’d call BB themselves. Hopefully it was a legitimate sale and not stolen property. JMO. I had my stolen BB locked so no one can use it again for anything other than regular phone service.
