Pouch Utility Holster

I need to find a rubber utility holder/ pouch?

where I work, we have these pouch/ holster things, that we store our scissors, or box knives, or things like that in them, the are made of sown cloth onto a plastic backing, with a metal clip to clip to your pants, now the problem is that we can’t clean them, so they are making us get rid of them. I really need help to find a rubber pouch/ holster, that would accomidate an average pair of scissors, and or a box knife. It has to be rubber, since they already said plastic could chip. BTW I work at a food processing plant, so that is what all this stuff is about, So any help would be great, maybe a website or something. Im looking for a product that is for sale out there.
