Are the good quality phones at Radio Shack?
I wanted a Evo at Sprint but it is a queue of 70 people and the store person told us we do not find it anywhere else so we said they had some at Radio Shack, and he said they are poor quality, and they play havoc with the phones, etc. .. Now I know it can not lose a sale business tactics … but how are the phones are there?
LOL Hi, I am a former Sprint customer service Agent with 3 years experience. If Radio Shack played with their phones, they would not stay in business for long! Selling defective goods, and people buy more! And It is exactly the same phone that you sprint from the shop. Sales tactics. Tired of waiting? Go to Radio Shack. Everything will be fine. And perhaps get the name of the person and the Address of the store so you can file a complaint says. Sprint does not tolerate bad information, which enables customers, esp. Intentional bad information.
