How Do You Refill Paper Mate Mega Lead Pencils?
I just bought these Mega Lead pencils today, and love them. They are refillable (I can tell because the package says “fits up to 20 leads”), but I can’t figure out how to refill them. PLEASE DO NOT SAY “JUST PUT THE LEAD INTO THE TOP OF THE PENCIL”!!! I know this much. I just cannot figure out how to remove the white clip that holds the eraser in place. Is this the way to refill them, or is there some other way to refill this pencil? Please help! Thanks to all who answer, and I will give 10 points to the first person who has the correct answer. There are two ways to refill the pencil with lead. One way is to refill it by removing the eraser on the top of the pencil. This way can easily be done only if the eraser is not used up. If it is, then the other way is much easier. This way is by the bottom of the pencil, where the lead come out. Hold down the eraser/the top put of pencil side way and with the lead – you put it up on the bottom of the pencil.
This way always work for me.
