Any tips for maneuvering my steep roof? What the pros do?
I have to paint my house, but my roofs are very steep. I've seen the "cougar paws", shoes with spikes on the bottom. These are very expensive and I do not know how useful it would be. It seems something like a 2×4 nailed to the roof would have to make important steps, but obviously to create holes. A better idea? What the pros do? The ladder is just me on one side of the fireplace and the 2×4s are placed holes in the roof.
