How do you disable to firewall for a Netgear router (model WPN824)?
According to the error code, I need to disable to firewall in order to use the internet with my wii.
You need to disable the SPI Firewall setting on your router. It’s usually found under the WAN Setup tab.
You’ll need to access the router by typing in it’s local address – usually 192.168.0.1 if left at it’s default.
Open up Internet Explorer and type “http://192.168.0.1″ in the address bar. If you have not placed a password on it, use the default “1234″. Find the WAN Setup tab and disable the SPI Firewall setting.
