Know about of a sander
The use of power tools have become a common practice even for our normal routine works. Moreover, these machines have become so compact and easy to use that the idea which used to make a noisy disturbance with the name of a power tool has vanished. As sander is a power tool used to sand rough surfaces for giving a smooth finish by abrasion using a sand paper. Sanders are of different kinds depending upon the usage and the difficulty level of the task to be performed. First of all comes the disk sander, as the name suggests, it uses circle shaped sand paper. They are commonly used as stationary machines. They are used for both rough as well as fine sanding. Second type is named as belt sanders. These are also called stationary or hand held sanders. Other types can be drum sander, oscillating spindle sander, orbital sander, detail sander, stroke sander, wide belt sander, straight line sander etc. all of them are task specific. Powerfiles
With 13mm sanding belt, these sanders are ideal for sanding, shaping, filing, sharpening and rust removal applications. They operate on variable speed which aids for best control and finish on wood, metal, ceramic tiles, masonry, plaster and plastic.
Orbital sander ¼ sheet
Comprising of a 240watt power motor, this orbital sander consists of a die cast aluminium base providing strength and durability; and compact palm grip handle for added comfort. It is designed with grip zone over mould technology.
Orbital sander ½ sheet
It is an orbital sander with quick change sheet clamps and ergonomic design. Its base plate has been made of sturdy aluminium dust tech integrated dust system to gain maximum efficiency pick up. They provide quick and higher work efficiency due to enlarged pad size.
Orbital sander 1/3 sheet
This orbital sander works using 1/3 size of the sand paper sheet. These are ideal for use during fine sanding. Front and rear handles facilitate superior grip and better usage with maximum control. They work ideally for surface finishing of doors and tables and can also be used for removing paint, varnish, and other surface coatings.
Belt sanders
Ideal for sanding floor boards, decking and other large surfaces, belt sanders comprise of a powerful motor of 720 watts. The automatic belt tracker keeps the belt on its place and provides longer functionality to the sander. It serves two times better than other sanders due to its angled belt design.
