Can minors buy single-edge razor blades in the US?

Oregon, specifically.
I cannot find a definite answer for this anywhere and I want to know before I waste my time walking all the way to the store.
I’m 17, three months shy of 18 and I’m not a cutter. (I promise!) So don’t lecture me about that.
It’s just that my mother works all the time and it’s going to prove to be a bit of an issue to obtain them if I have to have her with me since I need them fairly soon for a project.
