Slide Miter
How do you customize a slide to fit in a mitre slot on a table saw?
I want to make a cross-cut sled and I need to make two slides that fit in both slots perfectly, no room for error. Any suggestions?
most miter slots will take a 3/8 ths by 3/4 in. piece of wood…the harder the better….put your slats in the channel then put your top on those and make it parallel to the blade and tack it from the top…then you can take it out and screw them from the bottom…
