What can we use as grip spray for ceramic tile flooring?

I manage a bar and the behind-the-bar area is ceramic tile, we are trying to not use grip mats but someone mentioned to me that there is like clear sprays that we can spray on the ceramic tile to add grip so that its not as slippery. Does anybody know what I can use? I dont want to use a colored grip product as the ceramic tile looks nice, just need something transparent to add grip and AGAIN we dont want to use those nasty moldy bar mats.

Any spray will eventually ingest dirt and clog the ability of the spray to preform also make the floor look dirty. Get the adhesive no slip strips and simply peel and replace them when they get fuzzgotzed. AKA Grip tape – safety tape.
