Wearing law enforcement utility items in Civilian uniform?

If I wear a flashlight, a case for rubber gloves, pocket knife (legal size of knife), mace canister (I have my license to carry it), and handcuffs (in a pouch that conceals them) on my belt, with a shirt that says “POLICE EXPLORER” on the back of my shirt, would I be breaking any laws? I live in the state of Massachusetts, and, am a Police Explorer.
I work very closely with narcotic operations and feel that this may be necessary for a little while since i just doing a ride along when the cop i was riding with arrested 2 kids i go to school with for being high. I just want people to kinda ‘fear’ me in a sense, just for a bit, so i don’t get jumped or beaten up.

I am not aware of any law prohibiting your actions, but you will be looked at by your peers as goofy, and you may make yourself a target. It is best to leave those things for when they are needed, or concealed.
