How to get the smell of cat pee out of Vinyl?
I have a vinyl victoria secret tote bag and it was sitting in one place in my sisters house. I didn’t know but there was dry cat pee on her carpet. Now the smell of cat pee is on the bottom. I have scrubbed it with dawn but the smell is still there. I don’t think I can wash it. Do you have any idea’s.
unfortunately,it will probably never come out.cat urine odor is impossible to get rid of,unlike dog urine.its very acidic.you will probably have to throw it away.
