Wood Bar Glue
I applied water-based paint stripper on my wood stair rails, now the paint is half chipped half gluey, how can
how can i remove the messy glue like paint!?? the varnish on the rails is easy to remove since its like a chipped surface but the white paint on the bars is very hard to remove and worst of all is gluey (sticky) how can i remover it? i used a gel water based stripper, is it ok if i apply a thinner or turpentine to help me remove it better? or at least make it less sticky and gluey?

you should use a product called “diff” you can find it in the wallpaper section of a hardware store…. mix it in a bucket with hot water as hot as ur hands can stand it. with a rag wipe the mix on the surface and then with a scrapper scrape off the clue…..it should come off really easy.
